3. Reservation of Rights for Text & Data Mining and AI Training (§ 44b UrhG)

Pursuant to Section 44b (3) UrhG and Article 4 of EU Directive 2019/790, the operator of this website expressly reserves all rights regarding the use of all works and protected subject matter on this site for text and data mining (TDM). This reservation explicitly encompasses automated crawling, scraping, data extraction, analysis, and ingestion of audio, music, video, and textual assets for the purpose of training, developing, or fine-tuning generative artificial intelligence (AI / machine learning) models or voice/sound synthesis systems.
